Unicontrol offers users the opportunity to subscribe to their newsletter. The input mask used for this purpose determines what personal data is transmitted, as well as when the newsletter is ordered from the controller. When signing up to Unicontrol’s newsletter you will receive a confirmation email to verify that you wish to receive the newsletter.You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time by clicking the cancel subscription link that is in the footer of each newsletter.

Unicontrol processes personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number of data subject according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with country-specific data protection regulations.
In the case of a personal data breach, Unicontrol will report the breach to the Danish Data Protection Agency as soon as possible and within 72 hours. The manager is responsible for this reporting taking place. The report will outline the breach, the groups of persons affected and the impact the breach may have on these persons and how Unicontrol has remedied or intends to remedy the breach. If the breach entails a high risk for the persons about whom Unicontrol processes personal data, Unicontrol will notify these persons. Unicontrol will document any personal data breach on an access-controlled drive.
