As a user on the internet, you leave traces of information that may contain personal information. Unicontrol ApS therefore has a personal data policy below that should describe how your personal data is processed.

 

What is personal data?

Personal data is any information relating to any identified or identifiable person. A person can be identified by name, identification number or location data. This personal data will be processed while using the Unicontrol webpage.

We monitor your usage of our webpage to improve your experience and offer certain services and functionalities in the page. If you sign up to our newsletter – or contact us for other reasons, we only collect your data for communication purposes. We make sure that your rights are not negatively affected no matter the circumstances.

Unicontrol ApS processes personal data such as name, location, email and phone number according to GDPR guidelines and specific national data protection laws. Unicontrol will never publish your personal data and will always follow the GDPR legislation.

 

This privacy policy applies to the Personal Data which Unicontrol collects about individuals, customers, suppliers (including third-party service providers), other stakeholders and users of the website. Although information regarding businesses/companies is not as such, Personal Data, information relating to contacts within such businesses, e.g. name, title, work phone number, work email, etc. is considered personal data.

 

In the case of a personal data breach, Unicontrol will report the breach to the Danish Data Protection Agency as soon as possible and within 72 hours. The report will outline the breach, the groups of persons affected and the impact of the breach may have on these persons and how Unicontrol has remedied or intends to remedy the breach. If the breach entails a high risk for the persons about whom Unicontrol possess personal data, Unicontrol will notify these persons.

Cookies are portions of code installed in the browser to assist the user in providing optimization for the user’s interests. Some cookies require consent before having permission to the function. Cookies do not contain any kinds of viruses or harmful programs, but are something placed by us or our third party partners.
