Customer Succes Specialist

THE POSITION
You will join our Customer Success team that helps our local dealers and international distributors with everything they need to grow their markets: ordering, pre-sales, troubleshooting, calibration, training, etc.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support Danish customers and international distributors
  • Advice on pre-sale and ordering
  • Advice on technical issues and use of the products
  • Onboarding and executing training both in Denmark and international distributors.
  • Troubleshooting

You must be able to manage complex, multiple channels of distribution in different countries and to establish and develop long-term relationships based on close cooperation and interaction.

Our HQ is in Odense, where you will work. Some travel for onboarding distributors and trade shows is to be expected.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate has a relevant technical background combined with some years of experience with technical knowledge within machine control, surveying or digital construction

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Danish and English. Other languages are an advantage.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Personal drive and ability to make decisions
  • Willingness to learn, as we are constantly evolving
  • Willingness to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues
  • A business and result-orientated mindset
  • The ability to establish close customer relationships and a heartfelt understanding of the importance of taking responsibility and being an active part of the customer’s business.
